Shin Shin is a modern luxury ski lodge, built in the traditional Japanese log-house style on three levels.

With the property only two years old, the Alaskan Spruce logs have been crafted by a traditional Japanese log-house builder into a beautiful house.

Equipped with a ski room, drying room, large lounge room with open fireplace, second separate TV/entertainment lounge area, large dining room and state-of-the-art kitchen, Shin Shin is ideally set-up for dual families or large groups. The layout allows quiet relaxation in the upper lounge, while the kids are having fun in the lower lounge.

The house is fitted with hydronic heating for warm passive comfort, floor heating in bathrooms, and even the toilet seats are heated! The house comes with all the extras you will need including a stereo CD (with ipod jack), huge flat screen TV with satellite access, washing machine, clothes dryer, boot and ski racks... Everything you need for a luxurious skiing holiday in Japan.

Included in the price:

  • cleaning during your stay (if required),
  • transfers from Niseko bus station or Kutchan train station to Shin Shin,
